Project profile description
The project is located in Digangang Town, Rudong County, Jiangsu Province. Due to the long-term pollution of some river channels in recent years, a large number of pollutants such as garbage and silt have been deposited at the bottom of the river bed, which have long-term impact on the water quality of the river channels and caused serious harm to the surrounding environment。
Resources and environmental protection The use of domestic leading technology, equipment and the formation of systematic solutions, so that the original only abandoned river silt to meet the green soil standards, and the public river with heavy metal pollution of silt reuse, making the original about 37.90,000 m3 of silt turned waste into treasure, in the form of internal digestion of the project, not only solved the problem of difficult disposal of waste and shortage of backfill earthwork in the project construction, but also saved the disposal cost, and realized harmless, reduced and resource utilization of silt, taking into account economic, environmental and social benefits。
Solution Overview
The scope of this project is the Rutai Canal, Digo River, Digan River city section along the river and some tributaries, the total length of the river is 15.05km, the total silt removal capacity is 37.90,000 m³。The project has set up two silt solidification plants to facilitate the treatment and disposal of river silt after solidification。
This project needs to treat about 8280m3/d of residual water, and two integrated water treatment equipment, each with a scale of 5000 tons/day, adopts the "micro-flocculation + micro-filtration" process to treat residual water。Process principle: After the sewage enters the catchment basin, it is lifted from the lifting pump to the integrated facility for quality purification, which goes through the coagulation and precipitation process in turn, and the micro-filtration clarification process. Under the action of coagulants and flocculants, large suspended particles are rapidly precipitated, and the clarified effluent is discharged up to standard。Among them, the large particle flocculent enters the original sludge thickening tank for concentration and dehydration, and the volume is reduced and transported to the sludge treatment station for centralized treatment and disposal。
